I wanted to drop a quick note to express my
sincere gratitude for a "believably" incredible day.
From the moment we arrived at the Fly Shop until
the moment we left the parking lot at Balls Ferry I felt as comfortable as I
would with any one of my good friends. That in itself made the day as
enjoyable as any other day I could have had whether I was fishing or not.
Your professionalism, knowledge, skills, as
well as your calm and cool demeanor in and out of the water was by far as
impressive as I'd ever seen. Furthermore your acute awareness and
sensitivity of the surroundings and of the fish was a tribute to your
experience as well as your passion for the sport of fly fishing.
Coupled with a picturesque day and my dad in the
same boat, it was as if I was re-living our days of old. Just that was
worth more than any amount of fish we would end up catching.
Again....thanks so much for taking time out of
your weekend for us and I'll look forward to the next time we'll get to spend
a day on the water.

I just wanted to say thank you for a great Lower
Sacramento float trip on 4/26. My father-in-law, Ralph, and I had a
great time and your professionalism, knowledge, and demeanor made for an
enjoyable day on the river (not to mention the fishing was outstanding!) Ralph
is still talking about that steelhead he hooked into! Anyway, we will
definitely be repeat customers many times over and we look forward to fishing
with you again in the near future. Thanks again for a memorable day.

I must
admit that I was one tired puppy be the time I got back to the bay area...
who would think that standing in a boat, fishing could wipe me out... But it
was a good, no a GREAT tired.

Your expertise, positive attitude, and never ending patience made the trip outstanding for a first timer and a novice. The lessons you gave us at the beginning and along the way were very helpful and gave us the skills to get over 20 fish in the boat! My Dad is definitely hooked, and we are both looking forward to a Trinity River trip this coming November or December. We'll definitely request you as our guide and would recommend you to anyone looking for a great day on the river.
